Shipping:
Standard post shipping is free for Australian customers when spending over $110 (After discounts are applied to the order). *This excludes published sales events including but not limited to End of Financial Year, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales where products are heavily discounted, free shipping is not offered and standard shipping rates apply.
Our stock is despatched from our distribution centre in Adelaide using Australia Post. Our commitment to you is to ensure that all orders are processed within 48 hours from when the order is placed. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard post Australian orders should arrive in 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, note that some rural areas may take longer.
Express post Australian orders should arrive in 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Standard orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australian Post and should arrive in 8 to 13 business days from the date of shipment.
Express orders to the US, New Zealand and other international are shipped via International Express Post and should arrive in 4 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
Import Duties & Taxes: Overseas taxes, duties or tariffs may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country. Rubber Side Down is not responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes.
